Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Zulfiqar Ali is the Founder and CEO of iCore Business Solutions, with more than 14 years of experience in financial advisory, risk management, strategic consulting, and project structuring. He is professionally qualified as ACCA, CFA, and FRM, and brings deep expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis, feasibility studies, and business planning.

His work spans energy, infrastructure, public sector reform, industrial development, and donor-linked assignments, where he has led complex engagements involving PPP advisory, commercial structuring, multi-scenario feasibility assessment, and strategic decision support. At iCore, he leads overall firm strategy, client advisory, commercial positioning, and the delivery oversight of high-impact consulting assignment.

Sheryar Nadeem

Sheryar Nadeem leads operational strategy and project execution at iCore Business Solutions, with a focus on translating consulting frameworks into well-managed delivery plans. His role centres on ensuring execution quality, workflow coordination, and alignment across technical, financial, and operational workstreams.

He has experience supporting multi-sector projects involving digital transformation initiatives, public sector consulting, and analytical assignments that require structured delivery and stakeholder coordination. She plays an important role in UI/UX thinking, dashboard and platform planning, presentation structuring, and content organisation for systems-related assignments. She also supports research, analytical packaging, and the development of communication-ready outputs across multiple consulting projects

Talha

Analyst / Technical & Data Support

Talha supports the analytical and technical components of iCore's consulting work, particularly in areas that require research support, data handling, report structuring, and quantitative input development. He contributes to the preparation of technical documentation and evidence-based analysis across different sectors.

His work includes support for data collection frameworks, desk research, analytical consolidation, and the development of feasibility-related inputs. Within project teams, he helps strengthen the consistency and quality of underlying technical and data-driven work products.
