At iCore, he works at the intersection of commercial judgement, analytical modelling and implementation — helping clients move from investment questions and operating-model decisions to digital systems, management intelligence and execution.
Sheryar leads major client engagements and field-intensive assignments across the transformation lifecycle. His work combines economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder coordination and implementation management, with particular relevance to public-sector and development programmes. He helps translate analytical frameworks into practical delivery plans, field systems, quality controls and decision-ready reporting.
Maheen supports iCore's analytical and research assignments through statistical review, data coordination and quality assurance. Her role connects field and operational data with structured analysis, helping project teams maintain consistency from data collection and validation through interpretation and reporting.
